Thats pretty, but how does it work?
I'm glad you asked friend. As described in our Cell Methods and Microscopy Methods, we collect 3D images of thousands of cells, were each cell has one of 14 different proteins labeled with GFP. Our researchers segment those cells...... In the Label-Free-Determination method, our "Deep learning" algorithms study the relationship of the GFP glowing voxels to the unlabeled bright-field image. It can then "detect" where in the crazy patterns of brightfield voxesl GFP voxels are likely to be found. The other method 3D Statistical Integration does all of this in less than 2 short/punchy sentences.
Gee wiz thats neat, but how come the "predicted" channels don't match up with the observed channels?
How come ya don't show the two methods in the same viewport? They're the same cell right? Why are you making me do it in my head? Are ya chick'n?
Cuz its really hard to do and a SMART goal for later in the year or something.
